Whenever you run in our club, you will never be left behind. Someone will be with you all of the time and even if they get ahead, they will loop back to ensure you don’t get lost.
Our coaches are fully EA qualfifed and will be available at all times to give you coaching advice, tips and training schedules.
The club has two Leaders in Running & Fitness (LiRF): Bill Christie and Carla Haines.
Bill Christie will be upgrading to a Coach in Running & Fitness (CIRF) very soon.
Carla Haines is also a personal trainer.
