Welcome

Plymstock Road Runners is a welcoming running club in Plymouth.

Whether your are new to running, an occasional jogger, or an experienced runner looking to challenge yourself, we have sessions suitable for everyone.

There is no pressure to compete or run a specific pace, distance, or time, it really is about lacing up your trainers and taking part.  Our aim is to make running fun and enjoyable for all levels of ability.

For those looking for competition, our club participate in many local races, from 5K to full and ultra marathons, as well as trails and of course various park runs. We are certain you’ll find like-minded running company with us!

We meet formally in the Church Hall on Quarry Park Road PL9 7BB at 6:15pm on Thursday evenings. We have four routes to suit all abilities/distances.

Our Sessions

Membership

Our Annual Membership costs £20* with NO extra weekly fees. Membership renews on 31st March each year irrespective of which month you join. Your first two sessions are completely FREE, with no commitment to join. If you join part-way through the year, the membership fee is reduced.

* This does not include affiliation with England Athletics, which is an optional extra.

England Athletics Affiliation

It is an extra £20 to enjoy the benefits of being an affiliated runner with England Athletics. The full benefits can be read on the England Athletics website.

Plymstock Road Runners are an UK Athletics Affiliated Club as well as being affiliated to the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) and members of the Armada Athletic Network.
