TRAINING SESSIONS
The club hosts a series of sessions throughout the week that are open to all members, catering to a range of abilities. We regularly check to ensure that no one is left behind and promote inclusivity. Some runners will loop back to the rear marker, while other may stop and chat until everyone has caught up. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page, where members post additional informal runs and trails.
