TRAINING SESSIONS
The club hosts a series of sessions throughout the week that are open to all members, catering to a range of abilities. We regularly check to ensure that no one is left behind and promote inclusivity. Some runners will loop back to the rear marker, while others may stop and chat until everyone has caught up. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page, where members post additional informal runs and trails.
Mondays
6:15PM – Sprint Session or Hills Session or Fartlek Session with Alan Jones (Broadway Car Park, PL9 7AU)

Thursdays
6:15PM – Club Night (Church Hall, St Margaret Mary’s Catholic Church on Quarry Park Road PL9 7BB)
Choose from four routes designed to cater to a variety of paces and distances. Afterward, there will be a chance to catch up with your fellow runners over drinks and biscuits.

9AM – 5 miles organised by Alan Jones (Dean Cross car park)
9AM – Parkrun – No matter where you are in the UK, or the world for that matter there’s bound to be a Parkrun near you! A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. You can take part at your own pace – run, jog, walk! If this is your first Parkrun remember to register online and to bring a copy of your barcode.
10AM – Endurance Session run by Armada Athletic Network (Brickfields, PL1 4NE)
